Can Nova independently operate all 24 tools?
No. It can guide you to 24 existing BTB tool destinations. Direct AI functions include conversations, specialist drafts, store-description audits and selected approved record changes. Other services retain their own access rules.
Will Nova buy inventory, publish ads, or message customers for me?
No. The Nova chat does not automatically purchase products, publish, advertise, send customer messages or change security settings. Promotional content stays as a draft.
What happens when I reach my monthly limits?
The plan includes 40 chat turns, 20 specialist drafts, six store audits and up to 50 combined approved edits. Nova does not automatically charge for additional AI usage. Eligible free-of-AI-credit read-only account lookups may remain available.
Does Nova replace my other BTB plan?
No. Commander Nova + Team is a separate $49.99/month subscription. Your other BTB plan, available tools and existing AI limits stay separate.
Can I cancel renewal?
Nova's billing controls let you request cancellation of future renewals. Your access and billing status are verified through your own BTB account.
