What BuyThisBusiness is

BuyThisBusiness is a technology and marketplace platform. It is not a broker, lender, financial advisor, attorney, accountant, or investment advisor. It does not buy or sell businesses for you, does not make loans, and does not represent you in a transaction.

Informational tools only

Deal Analyzer, financing information, business analysis, job information, and document analysis are informational tools only. Figures, scores, estimates, and extracted numbers are shown to help you look at information on a screen. They are not financial, legal, tax, accounting, lending, or investment advice. They are not an offer, approval, or commitment from any lender, seller, employer, or advisor.

Business listings

Business listings may contain third-party information from sellers or other sources. Asking price, revenue, cash flow, and other listing details can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Independently verify every listing against seller documents and your own research before you rely on it.

Job listings

Job listings may contain third-party information from employers or job-board sources. Titles, pay, locations, and descriptions can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Independently verify every listing with the employer or original source before you apply or rely on it. Job information on this site is not career advice and is not a job offer from BuyThisBusiness.

You can submit an application through BuyThisBusiness only for jobs posted by BuyThisBusiness owners. External job listings send you to the employer’s own site. BuyThisBusiness does not submit those external applications. You can mark an external job as applied for your own application history; that mark is not a claim that BuyThisBusiness delivered or received the application.

Document analysis

Analyze Documents can miss numbers or read them incorrectly. Extracted numbers can be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify extracted figures against the seller’s original documents or other source documents. Listing numbers are not overwritten by document analysis.

Documents you select on Analyze Documents are first read in your browser. BuyThisBusiness does not permanently store them. If you are signed in and choose optional AI analysis, a copy of each selected file is sent to the configured AI provider for labeled-fact extraction and is not stored by BuyThisBusiness after that request.

AI features and usage limits

Optional AI tools (Deal AI, Document AI, Offer AI, Owner AI, Career AI, Astra Website Builder, Marketing Studio, App Studio, and Game Studio) explain, draft, or scope from verified product context. They do not invent missing financial facts. Marketing Studio campaign projects and video job status may be stored with your account. Marketing Studio uses Shotstack for video media processing, preview/rendering, and related video workflows when configured; those actions may consume provider usage or credits.

First-time eligible Buyer Pro ($19.99), Owner Pro ($29.99), and All Access ($49.99) subscriptions may include a 5-day trial that requires a payment method. During trial, AI usage caps are smaller than the plan’s full monthly allowance. After trial, a paid plan renews according to the billing interval and storefront used for the purchase. Free plan AI limits stay limited and do not require a payment method.

App Studio and Game Studio projects

App Studio and Game Studio can include a managed custom-project service and, when enabled for your project, a self-service builder. The planning flow and AI build plan help define a proposed scope; they are not a final price, delivery date, performance guarantee, store approval, or promise that every requested feature can be generated automatically. Managed work begins only after BuyThisBusiness issues a project quote and the required payment is completed.

Self-service builder access is project-specific. BTB may unlock it after an eligible Studio payment or through a private-beta grant. Access can include templates, visual editing, version history, previews, project-file export, web export, source export where offered, and BTB AI tools. AI features use a measured BTB credit allowance. Credits may be limited by period, project, beta grant, or order terms, and generating text, code changes, or game art can consume credits. Credits are a usage allowance for BTB tools and are not cash, stored value, or transferable currency.

You must have the right to use any logos, images, audio, video, documents, code, characters, trademarks, prompts, or other materials you provide. AI-generated text, code, images, or other outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, visually inconsistent, or similar to outputs generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing generated material before publishing or commercial use and for making sure your use does not violate another party's rights. BTB does not promise that AI-generated material is unique, registrable, or free of third-party claims.

A project may use third-party, open-source, platform, development, hosting, payment, AI, creative, or distribution services that remain subject to their own terms and licenses. Unless a project quote or order summary says otherwise, third-party fees, developer accounts, app-store/game-store accounts, hosting, servers, paid APIs, licensed assets, and similar external costs are separate from the BTB project fee. Open-source notices included with Studio exports continue to apply to the applicable components.

Store or platform review and approval are controlled by the applicable third party and are not guaranteed by BuyThisBusiness. Revision allowances, deliverable formats, source-code/export rights, publishing assistance, ongoing support, cancellation, self-service access, AI-credit allowances, and project-specific refund terms are governed by the confirmed quote or order summary for that project. BTB keeps ownership of its pre-existing platform, reusable tools, templates, runtime components, internal systems, and know-how; customer-provided materials remain the customer's or their licensors' materials.

Do not send passwords, private API keys, signing keys, or other account secrets through ordinary Studio messages, prompts, or file uploads. When account access is required for publishing, use the official invitation or delegated-access method requested for that platform.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the decisions you make about jobs, businesses, financing, and documents. If you need professional help, work with a qualified broker, lender, attorney, accountant, or other advisor of your own choosing. BuyThisBusiness does not provide that service.

BTB Rewards

BTB Reward Points are promotional loyalty points, not money, a bank balance, or stored value. Points have no cash value by themselves. An active reward may let an eligible user exchange points for a BTB benefit or for a reward fulfilled by an approved third-party provider.

Reward eligibility may depend on server-verified activity, completed transactions, delivery or settlement status, account standing, fraud checks, program limits, and other requirements shown with the reward. Page views, self-reported amounts, and user-controlled checklist completion do not by themselves create eligibility for a real-value reward. BTB may deny, reverse, cancel, or review rewards connected to refunds, chargebacks, duplicate activity, abuse, error, or suspected fraud. Reward availability, point costs, limits, and provider options may change before redemption.

Real-value rewards may be delivered by a third-party rewards provider and may be subject to that provider's terms, expiration rules, product availability, identity or fraud review, and geographic restrictions. Users are responsible for any taxes that apply to rewards they receive.

Invite & Earn referrals are promotional and are not paid for clicks, link shares, or account creation alone. A referred account must meet the requirements shown in the program, which may include confirmed account information and a qualifying server-verified BTB milestone. Self-referrals, duplicate or controlled accounts, automated signups, misleading promotion, and other abusive activity are not eligible. Referral limits and point amounts may change, and referral points remain subject to the same real-value redemption rules as other BTB Reward Points.

Daily check-ins, streak bonuses, weekly challenges, and similar engagement features may award promotional BTB Reward Points. These features do not guarantee cash, gift cards, or Visa rewards and do not replace the separate verification, settlement, provider, funding, and program-limit requirements for real-value rewards. Sponsored challenges, when offered, will be identified as sponsored and may have additional eligibility or availability terms.

Sponsored, affiliate-funded, membership, learning, and video reward campaigns may be offered from time to time. A campaign only awards points after the required BTB activity is verified in server records. Partner or sponsored campaigns may have limited budgets, dates, quantities, geographic availability, or separate eligibility rules. Membership bonuses require an eligible active paid plan for the applicable period. Learning or video campaigns require a supported completion record; merely opening a page or pressing play does not qualify.

BTB uses one Rewards wallet per account. Reward events may also record the business that generated the activity. Account-level points can move with the member across BTB, while business-specific benefits such as store or product boosts must be applied to an eligible business or product.

Accounts

If you sign in, keep your account details to yourself. Use the product only for lawful purposes. Do not try to disrupt the service or access another person’s account. You may initiate permanent account removal from Account Settings. BTB web subscriptions are stopped as part of that process. Store-billed subscriptions must be canceled through the applicable app store before account removal can finish.

No professional warranties

The product is provided as a working technology and marketplace site. Listings, estimates, and extracted text can be wrong. BuyThisBusiness does not warrant that any listing, job, score, or analysis will meet your needs or lead to a hire, loan, or purchase.

Affiliate and partner disclosure

BuyThisBusiness may earn a commission when you use certain partner marketplace or selling links, including Flippa and Empire Flippers. Those links are marked with sponsored relationship attributes where shown. Partner commissions do not change listing figures shown inside BuyThisBusiness, and they are not financial, legal, or brokerage advice. Subscription plans (Free, Pro, Owner Pro, All Access) use the billing provider tied to the purchase channel. Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Android app subscriptions are processed and managed by Google Play. A future iOS app will use Apple billing for in-app digital subscriptions. Free has no paid subscription. Paid plans may start with an eligible trial and use smaller AI usage caps until the paid period begins. Partner commissions are separate from subscription billing.

Points discounts on BTB purchases

When expressly available on the checkout page, verified BTB Reward Points may be exchanged for a capped, one-time discount on eligible BuyThisBusiness-owned digital products or a qualifying new monthly web subscription. Reward Points are not cash, a gift card, store credit payable on request, or transferable. Third-party seller products and externally billed app-store subscriptions are excluded. Reward coupons cannot be stacked with other coupon offers.

The server confirms your balance, eligibility, original price, maximum savings, and precise net charge. Points are placed on hold when a discounted checkout starts and are treated as spent only after the correct purchase is confirmed. A verified expired or voluntarily canceled unpaid checkout releases the hold; an uncertain payment state may require support review before points can be returned. If you have a payment dispute or a completed purchase refund, contact support for review of the associated points redemption.

Subscription discounts apply to the first paid invoice only. The regular advertised renewal price remains unchanged. First-time eligible subscribers who redeem points must separately acknowledge that the discounted paid checkout skips the otherwise available introductory trial. A normal checkout without points still follows the ordinary trial rules. Discounts may be paused when backend reconciliation is not verified.

BTB Partner Earnings (cash commissions)

Participation is free and optional. Cash Partner Earnings are distinct from BTB Reward Points and independent programs. Sharing links, inviting people, or collecting clicks creates no cash entitlement. Only BTB-approved offers with documented advertiser authorization and member-specific conversion tracking may generate commissions. No approved cash-paying offers are active while launch requirements remain unfinished.

For an approved offer, its displayed member share applies to commissions BTB actually receives and verifies from the provider, not the customer's total purchase. Eligibility, permitted promotion channels, split, attribution, refund and reversal rules vary by offer. Duplicate, fraudulent, self-referred, prohibited or reversed conversions are not payable. A member's verified statement distinguishes confirmed but unpaid, paid and reversed items; self-reported outside earnings never count as a BTB payment obligation.

Cash payment availability requires identity and tax verification where applicable, appropriate payout onboarding, and independent confirmation that a payment was completed. BTB does not promise immediate withdrawals or automatic bank transfers. Members must clearly disclose their material compensation relationship when promoting eligible offers and comply with provider conditions and applicable law.

Domains, professional email, and Business Services

BuyThisBusiness may offer domain registration, renewal, transfer, DNS management, professional email, email forwarding, and related business services through upstream service providers. For domains registered through BTB, the customer remains the registrant/control holder. BTB acts as a reseller and service manager; the registrar of record and applicable registry remain responsible for registry-level operations. Domain registrations and transfers are also subject to applicable ICANN, registry, and upstream registrar rules.

You must provide accurate registrant and contact information and keep it current. A domain search result or checkout does not reserve a domain. Registration is complete only when the upstream registrar confirms the order. If a paid registration cannot be completed and BTB can confirm that the registrar did not complete the billable transaction, BTB may automatically refund the BTB charge. Registry and registrar transactions that have already completed may be non-refundable.

Domain checkout shows the BTB first-year price and the then-current renewal price. Future renewal prices can change because registry, registrar, tax, currency, or BTB retail pricing can change. BTB auto-renew, when available and enabled, attempts to collect payment before submitting a renewal. Premium domains may require manual renewal and a new price confirmation. Completed registrar renewals generally cannot be reversed.

Transfer authorization/EPP codes are sensitive credentials. Keep them private. Transfers may be delayed or blocked by registry or ICANN transfer-lock rules. Customers may transfer eligible domains away from BTB, subject to those rules and any applicable outstanding obligations.

Professional email and email forwarding are recurring services unless otherwise stated at checkout. They may be suspended or canceled after payment failure, cancellation, abuse, unlawful use, spam, or violation of an applicable provider acceptable-use policy. Email service availability depends on the domain and DNS configuration remaining valid.

These terms describe the current product. If the product changes, this page will be updated to match it.
