Who we are

BuyThisBusiness provides tools to browse business listings, review job listings, and use informational analysis features. This Privacy Policy describes the product as it works today. It does not claim that we are a licensed professional firm.

Information you may provide

If you create an account, we use that sign-in so you can access account features such as saved jobs, saved businesses, and other tools you choose to use. Information you type into those tools (for example a saved listing, a buying goal, or a request for seller information) is kept so the product can show it back to you.

You do not have to create an account to read this policy or to browse public pages.

Documents

Analyze Documents processes files locally in your browser. BuyThisBusiness does not permanently store those documents, does not upload them, and does not send them to an AI service. Refreshing the page or signing out clears the file from that page.

Request Information does not include a file upload. BuyThisBusiness does not permanently store a seller’s confidential financial documents. The seller may provide documents directly to you.

Listings and third-party information

Business listings and job listings may include information from third parties, including employers, sellers, and job-board sources. That information is shown so you can review it. It is not a statement by BuyThisBusiness that the listing is complete, current, or accurate.

How information is used

Account and product information is used to operate the pages and tools you use: signing in, saving items you choose to save, showing your dashboards, and remembering requests you submit through the product. We do not use Analyze Documents files as a stored dataset, because those files stay in your browser.

Cookies and sign-in

Sign-in uses the account session needed to keep you signed in while you use the site. The product also uses a CAPTCHA check on sign-in to reduce automated abuse. We do not describe additional advertising cookies in this policy because this page only covers the product as it is built today.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time. You can unsave jobs or businesses you previously saved. You can stop using analysis tools and avoid selecting documents on Analyze Documents. If you do not want an account, do not sign in.

Informational tools

Deal Analyzer, financing information, business analysis, job information, and document analysis are informational tools only. They are not financial, legal, tax, accounting, lending, or investment advice.

Changes

If this product changes how information is handled, this page will be updated to match the product. The heading on this page is the current policy for the site you are using.

Use the Sign In page on this website for account access. This policy does not list a separate mailing address or phone number.
